Why First-Time Floaters Should Start with 3 Floats

For some people, the first float is amazing. For others, it’s mostly about getting used to the experience, like your first yoga class or massage.You’re learning how the space feels, how your body responds, and how to relax in a new setting.

Because everything is new, it can feel a little strange at first, and that’s completely normal! That’s why we recommend floating a few more times to get the hang of it. 

By your second and third floats, your nervous system already knows what to expect. That’s when the “magic” happens. You’ll notice deeper relaxation during and after the float, better sleep, and less stress. You’ll feel the effects longer after you get out of the tank, and you’ll realize why so many people do it over and over again. 

The more you float, the better it feels. It’s a practice worth repeating.
