Floating regularly has many benefits, and we can make it easier on your pocketbook with a monthly or yearly membership.
The monthly membership is a recurring membership that gets you one float each month for $64 (minimum commitment of 3 months.) Any additional floats you want to purchase for yourself or others are also discounted to $64. If you float more than 6 times in a month, you get unlimited free floats for the rest of that month!
Credits can be shared with family and friends, and they don’t expire for 3 years.

How do memberships work, exactly?
Monthly Membership (most popular)
The monthly membership is a recurring monthly charge of $64. Each monthly charge also gives you one float in the form of a credit stored on your account.
If you aren’t able to make it in that month, the float credit simply rolls over to the next month for up to three years, or until used to book an appointment.
The price of any additional floats you purchase with your membership will automatically be reduced from $99 to $64.
You can pause or cancel your membership anytime after a minimum of three month’s monthly membership payments. For example, if start your membership in January, you can pause or cancel your membership in April.
A monthly membership also allows you to unlock unlimited free floats if you float 6 times in one month. Only floats completed by the person holding the membership count towards unlocking unlimited free floats. Free floats can only be used by the member.
Yearly Membership (best value)
Our yearly membership is a single charge of $2300 which includes 52 floats in the form of float credits immediately available on your account.
This is enough float credits for you to float once per week for a whole year, however, you don’t have to float once per week. You can pace yourself however you like.
Like with the monthly membership, any float credits remaining on your account will roll over each month for up to three years or until used to book a float.
Additional floats purchased with an active yearly membership will automatically be discounted from $99 to $44.
A yearly membership automatically renews once per year for an additional 52 floats.
How can I share floats?
We have several options!
Option 1: Book a float for your friend using your Float On account. You can enter their details on the booking page.
Best if you and your guest intend to float at the same time.
Option 2: Ask our staff to convert one of your stored floats to a gift card. Gift cards can be sent digitally via email. Physical gift cards are also available at our shop.
Best if your intended recipient has never floated before and you want them to be able to schedule their own appointment. Also makes great gifts!
Option 3: Ask our staff to set up a “share” on your account. This allows the person you share with to access a certain amount of the floats stored on your account. You can tell us a specific number of floats you’d like to share, or give your recipient unlimited access.
Best for sharing multiple floats with people who already have a Float On account. Great option for couples or friends who want to share from a single pool of floats.
How do I pause or cancel my membership?
Ask our staff to pause your membership in person, by phone, or email.
Please note that in order to pause your payments on your monthly membership, you membership needs to be active for at least three months.
A membership pause allows you to:
-Pause payments for up to three months
-Continue receiving membership benefits (such a complimentary kombucha and discounts on retail items).
-Keep your legacy membership price
-You can continue to use previously purchased floats stored on your account.
While your membership is on pause you will not:
-Be charged your montly membership fee
-accumulate additional monthly floats
Charges will automatically resume after the three month pause period has ended.
If you would like to cancel your membership:
-You can still use previously purchased floats stored on your account
-You forfeit other membership benefits
-If you have a legacy membership rate, it will expire after your membership has been cancelled for three months.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
We require 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an upcoming appointment. You can cancel your appointment online or by contacting us via phone call, text message, or email.
By default, the float credit used to make your appointment will remain as credit on your account to book at a later date. Refunds are available upon request.
How do I unlock Unlimited free floats?
Have you ever wanted to float daily or almost daily, but worry about the cost?
If you have an active monthly membership, you can unlock unlimited free floats for one calendar month after the completion of your 6th float.
For example, if you float six times between May 1st and May 6th, you can float as many times as you want from May 6th until the 31st for no charge at all!
You can even chain multiple float appointments together to do an extra-long super float, if that’s your style.
Please note that only floats completed by the person holding the membership count towards unlocking unlimited free floats. Free floats can only be used by the member.
